So what’s it all about? What are the pros and cons? I’ve gone through the course and lots of guitar lesson review sites, and here’s what I’ve got for you:

• Some things you need to know

• Plenty of good points from blues tabs

• A couple of points on the down side

Blues Tabs Recommends: Things you need to know

Blues Tabs
1. This is a digital product, so you can download the whole course straightaway. There’s an eBook with accompanying audio and video files, and lifetime access to the members area.

2. You need to have a basic understanding of chords and reading tab to be able to use this course effectively. (Note for beginners: See our special offer over to the right!)

3. Beginners and guitarists who are seeking to learn the blues will get the most from this course.

4. There’s a full, no quibble, 56 day guarantee!

Blues Tabs Plus: The Good Points About ‘Playing Through the Blues’

1. The lessons are easy to understand, with clear and straightforward demonstrations. Griff Hamlin is a very experienced blues guitar teacher who knows his stuff. These blues guitar lessons aren’t dumbed down but nothing is made unnecessarily complicated either.

2. There are lots of examples, and everything is noted in blues guitar tab and also given in sheet music style, backed up with audio and video demonstrations and full band jam tracks to play along with.

3. Many famous blues songs are broken down in detail, showing the techniques used by Blues masters, and explaining how to really sound authentic.

4. Griff Hamlin put this course together himself, and Griff loves the Blues! This really shows through in the lessons, which are based on many years practical experience playing the blues guitar live.

5. There’s no nonsense, fluff or padding – everything is relevant and to the point.

6. Did I mention the no quibble 56 day money back guarantee? You can try it all risk free!

7. You get full access to the secret members only blog, personal answers from Griff to any queries that you may have as you learn and free lifetime updates to the course.

8. There’s lots of bonus material thrown in as well to help you really master the blues guitar.

Blues Tabs minus: Is this for you?

1. The video style, focusing on the guitar and leaving the player headless, can be a bit disconcerting, if you’d rather watch Griff as he explains the lessons.

2. There are no fingerings or picking indications on the tab (a common problem with tab notation), although everything is shown on the videos, so you can easily pick up the fingerings there.

3. This course is aimed primarily at beginners and intermediates, so advanced blues players won’t find enough to challenge them here.

4. There’s no DVD option, which is fine so long as you’ve got the capacity to download some pretty hefty video files!

Blues Tabs Verdict

Every review I’ve come across recommends this course, giving it at least four out of five – and remember that guarantee so you can check this over for yourself risk free. It’s definitely well worth a look!
